Utah Estate Planning and Probate Attorneys

We have years of experience working with individuals and couples to complete their estate planning. We take the time to talk through client-specific issues related to estate planning and are happy to answer all of your questions. For example, some questions come up very frequently, such as:

-
How do I appoint someone to address my medical decisions if I am unable to?
-
How do I arrange for someone to oversee my financial accounts and other affairs if I am not in a position to?
We can work with you to decide which approach to estate planning best fits your circumstances and can assist in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, and any other necessary documents. We can also assist with taking your deceased loved one's will through the probate process in Utah courts if you find yourself needing help.
We find great joy in helping families and individuals navigate and prepare for the process of transferring assets to loved ones and the goal of our estate planning attorneys in Utah is to prepare our clients for all possible outcomes and to help them take steps now that will minimize conflict and controversy among family members down the line.
We understand that many individuals are unable to travel to our office to meet or execute estate planning documents. We are typically willing to travel to our clients along the Wasatch Front or in the Uintah Basin to meet, or we will make other arrangements. Also, in the event of an urgent situation or emergency, we are available to draft necessary documents to meet your needs within a very short time period to ensure that you are protected to the greatest extent possible.
